<div>Myself and my close friend Mike are cycling from Lands End in Cornwall to John O Groats (Give or take 1000 miles) on Monday 4th August (next week!) in support of Men's mental health. Men often struggle with talking about their emotions and so this ride is dedicated to getting us to open up and talk to each other and to get outside and explore!

<div>We are hoping to complete the challenge in 10 days. Both of us are Outdoor Adventure Instructors in Cornwall looking to push our bodies and minds and as a result, 0 training has taken place. If you want to donate even a couple of quid that would be amazing!!!!
