<div>In 2017, the NHS quite literally saved my father’s life through heart bypass surgery. He is now 90 and, despite significant health challenges, still with us because of that care.
</div>
<div>Many families will recognise a similar story. The sustained impact of organisations like the British Heart Foundation, alongside the NHS, is profound. It extends lives and preserves time that would otherwise be lost.
</div>
<div>I am cycling the London to Brighton this year to give something back to the BHF and to support the next generation of patients who will need that same intervention.
</div>
<div>If you are able to support, I would be very grateful.
