Fundraiser for Irish Guide Dogs: 680km on the bike

Donation protected
On Saturday, May 17th, my dad and I will set off on an unforgettable journey—cycling from Mizen Head, Ireland’s most southerly point, to Malin Head, the most northerly tip. Over the course of 7 days and 400 miles (680 km), we’ll ride through some of Ireland’s most stunning landscapes—all in support of people living with sight loss and families of children with autism.

We’re proud to be part of the M2M Cycle, an annual fundraising event supporting the incredible work of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind. This year’s ride is especially meaningful: among the 60 cyclists are 6 tandem bikes piloted by sighted riders and powered by visually impaired cyclists. Watching these tandems in action is truly inspiring—a powerful symbol of trust, teamwork, and determination.

Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind provides life-changing services, from guide dogs for adults with vision impairment to autism assistance dogs for children and families navigating daily challenges. Thanks to efforts like M2M, the event has already raised over €1.3 million.

Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to a more inclusive, supportive world. Please consider supporting our ride—your generosity truly makes a difference
