Alan Grace & Friends 500km cycle in May 2020

The National Family Support Network are a charity close to our hearts, they support families living with a drug or alcohol user. As part of the wonderful work they do they give family members a small grant to pay money of funeral expenses when they loose a loved on to drugs or alcohol.  We have all been touched in some way by this and we would like to take time we now find on our hands to give them a little something back.   Me and a few friends are taking on a challenge for the month of May to cycle 500km, while keeping within the social distancing and 2km radius to your home rules. Please give anything you can to this wonderful charity, so far this year (only 4 months remeber!) they have found and scraped together the money to help 23 families with funeral expenses and their 2020 allocation is fast running out.
