Jenessa's Internship

Hi all!
So, I have been given the amazing opportunity to intern with the A21 Campaign in Bulgaria this Fall and I need your prayers!

What is the A21 Campaign and what will I be doing with them?

I am leaving in October to work as an "after-care intern" for survivors of sex-trafficking. I will have a lot of different responsibilities, including: participating in awareness events, outreach projects, assisting in daily functioning of the shelter facility, and basically taking care of the residents of the after-care facility. I will post many updates while I am there, particularly once I've settled in and have started working. The organization provides housing and utilities for me while I am there, however, I have to pay for a plane ticket, insurance, and food, etc. so I would appreciate any support you could give! This internship will count as credit towards my degree at Fuller, and it is the internship that I believe is most ideal for my future ministry and career goals. 

Overall, this will be an amazing opportunity and experience. This work is truly what I feel called to do now and in the future. However, it will not be easy by any means, so ultimately, I would appreciate prayers and personal support while I am there!
