Car for Alyssa Carter-Missions
WE MADE IT!! Thank you for helping us reach our goal of $5,000! We are so grateful to everyone who gave so that Alyssa can have a vehicle in Latvia. She will enjoy traveling to church, home studies and throughout the country in a heated vehicle this winter. Our hearts were touched and tears in our eyes when we saw the kindness shown by each of you to our family. Thank you from our hearts...for giving from yours. ALMOST THERE!!
We only have $825 left to reach our goal of providing Alyssa, Gary's beautiful daughter, a vehicle while she is an AIMER (Associate in Missions) in Latvia, Europe. Even if it's $20, $10 or even $5 - it will help greatly!
Alyssa's desire and the sacrifices she's made to reach people with the gospel in a country where less than 10% have heard of Jesus is moving. All you have to do is read the current headlines to know that Europe needs a revival!!! Please help us provide Alyssa the transportation she needs so that she can spend her time reaching!!!

This summer, I was privileged to visit my daughter Alyssa who has been working as an AIM missionary for over 2 years in the country of Latvia. While visiting Latvia, I recognized a need. AIMers (Associates in Missions) do not have vehicles provided for them, and must therefore use public transportation or purchase their own vehicle. Alyssa often spends multiple hours per week or per day riding buses - even for simple trips to the grocery store. Obviously, this takes time away from seeing other work accomplished for the kingdom of God.
When I saw the need, I wanted to help. So we have created this account to help Alyssa raise money to purchase a car. This will enable her to do the work of God more effectively and will provide transportation to Bible studies, outreach endeavors, church services, etc. The vehicle will be for Alyssa’s use, but if she in the future did not remain on AIM, then the vehicle would be used by an AIMer of hers and the supervising missionary’s choice.
Our goal is to raise at least $5,000 to buy a decent used vehicle. Any amount you can give toward this cause would be greatly appreciated!
