Hello dere! The Yard Bird of Chehalis,WA needs your help...again!
After a four year restoration campaign, the Yard Bird was beautifully restored. Then, sadly, after a donation of a sub par "weather resistant" coating, the Yard Bird's wooden exterior is failing and a reworking of the exterior must happen soon to seal it up before winter. This time we're going to do it right with marine grade plywood and fiberglass- just as it originally was built.
The Yard Bird holds fond memories for many people who visited the Yard Birds shopping center during its heyday, and the Yard Bird is still a great tourist destination for roadside attraction enthusiests. So please consider a donation to help SAVE THE YARD BIRD! Every dollar counts!
