Help Dennis beat testicular cancer

Hi my name is Dennis, I'm 22 years old and I was diagnosed with testicular cancer mid-July of 2014. I had an orichiectomy a few days after being diagnosed. The biopsy showed two types of cancer.The first was embryonal which is an agressive type. The other is immature terratoma which is not curable with chemotherapy. This why my doctor suggested and scheduled an RPLND to remove my lymphnodes. Along with these two surgeries, there have been numerous doctors appointments (physicians, oncologists, urologists, etc.) that have been adding up my medical bills. After the surgery I may have to go for chemotherapy too. I will also certainly have to go for many follow up appointments a year for the rest of my life just as any cancer patient would.
