My son Austin is 13 he is autistic and just got diagnosed with Keratoconus an eye disease that is a thinning and coning of his corneas. His options are limited.The cross linking procedure is only approved in other countries the US are doing clinical trials and I have brought him to Mass General and he qualifies to proceed with the trial in both eyes. But the trial costs 3500$ an eye. I can bring him to Canada where it's only $1500 an eye and would be a lot less hassle. I don't care where he goes but the specialist said he doesn't know why he can see as well as he does now but that he could wake up blind at any point. Please help me help him!!
