Oh, skrr skrr —
CVMPUS is redefining what a standard coworking space is and needs your help!
Interested? Lawd, bless you — please continue reading:
My name is Ary (often spelled Ray at Starbucks).
I recently retired from TechStyle Fashion Group (click here for video) , as their Sr. Glutes Model, to pursue my dream of owning my own business.
Enter: CVMPUS. (15-second teaser video below)
Pronounced cam•pus, its purpose is to offer more than just shared offices. It's where ideas and experiences meet to improve community.
There will be a garage to provide you with the space and equipment to work on your own car, motorcycle, woodworking/metal fabrication project and so much more.
A fitness studio to personally train/teach, or use as an open gym, to lift weights, improve cardio, practice yoga, etc.
And a lounge to work on your freelance projects, network and enjoy free WiFi, coffee and many more amenities.

More About CVMPUS:
CVMPUS was started by one person, a small loan and countless hours of planning, renovations and trips to Home Depot with support from friends, family and most importantly, my fiancée (usually on Saturdays to help knock down walls and clean the place up).
I'm not backed by any investors and I have no prior experience, set to accomplish something that hasn't been done before — hoping to provide my experiences of success and failures along the way as motivation for those looking to do something similar.
I just wanted to create a place where people could make rad things, build new relationships, teach, learn and give back to the community.

Why I'm Asking For Help:
For the most part, this has been a do-it-myself venture — with professional assistance with electrical work and plumbing.
As they say, "time is money" and a lot of time and money has been poured into this because I was naive to think I could do this alone, both physically and financially. I've learned to put my pride aside and ask for help.
Help to spread the word and raise money so that I can purchase the remaining tools, equipment and materials needed to get CVMPUS up and running.

What would be the Lounge
90% of what you see in the photos above were left behind for me to get rid of; the reason why it took so long to finally start demo and reno.

More About Myself:

In the photo above of two Asians who called each other at 7AM to decide what to wear, I'm the one that looks like I've done hard time at a Westfield mall jail.
No, not that one — the one with the tattoos.
What my usual Mondays - Saturdays look like:

And these are my main reasons why — why I'm doing all this:

I don't like to get all emotional, so I'll end this with:

Thanks, y'all — for reading this far down and your support, it means a lot.
