Sylvia Lougheed Memorial Fund

Sylvia Lougheed, beautiful daughter, awesome wife and greatest mom went to heaven on Friday, August 8th, after an 8 month struggle with cancer. She never lost to cancer because she never gave up. Her Fath in God kept her eyes toward heaven and allowed her to continue to be a beautiful woman to everyone around her; inspiring family, friends, nurses and doctors with her kind words and encouraging smile for others. This appeal is to help pay the costs of her Catholic funeral and assist with the future needs of the family, especially her 11 year old son, Caedmon. I would love to say we had planned for all of this but we did not; or more specifically, we planned to be healthy. Sylvs was a vegatarian, excersized regularly, and took very good care of herself and her family. Her diagnosis of lung cancer was a shock to everyone; she had never smoked.
