Mr. Pnut's Helping Hands

Mr Pnut is one of our rescue pugs. He was our first "kid" together. We rescued him knowing he has "liver shunts" and an underdeveloped liver. He spent a lot of time waiting for his new humans but there was little interest because of his health. We fell in love with him and vowed to always give him the love and treatments he needed. 3 years and he always did great. Some ups and downs but nothing major. Recently, he took a turn for the worst and was in and out of emergency several times, and ultimately ended up in critical care. We always had some money set aside but we weren’t prepared for this. We are at $7,000 ish in medical bills and he still needs (maybe) an MRI and he for sure needs surgery to remove several large stones from his bladder. Another $4500-$5000.00.

We have received many generous donations so far. This has helped TREMENDOUSLY!! Every dollar we have been donated is going to be donated back to someone in the same situation as ourselves. Joshua and I love our fur kids to death and they will always get everything they need until they can no longer be fixed. We could never consider giving them up for any reason.

We have designated a larger percentage for emergency funds for the future. We just need to get through this hurdle. Even if you cannot afford to donate, we ask that you please send Mr Pnut positive wishes, vibes, prayers, energies... whatever your belief. He feels them and it fuels his spirits to keep fighting everything life throws at him!
