Life Cut Short by a Drunk Driver

It is with great sadness that we reach out to you in hopes for help as we mourn the loss of our beloved Richard Dwayne Cuthbert. Dwayne was a loving husband and devoted father of three. He shined a light on everyone who knew him. He was a gentle soul; the most thoughtful person you could meet. He was one of those people that you knew would remember you on your birthday and every holiday. Our family will not be the same without him.
On Friday, January 18th, Dwayne's life was cut short due to the carelessness of a drunk driver. While driving his daughter home from the hospital after she had an asthma attack, Dwayne, his wife, and his daughter were hit by a drunk driver who disregarded a red light. Dwayne was killed on impact. His wife suffered a broken pelvis, and his daughter suffered a broken arm, nose, and collar bone and a fractured sternum. They both are currently still in the hospital recovering from surgery and their injuries.
Dwayne was the only breadwinner in the family, so his death along with mounting medical bills puts his family in a very tough financial situation. This GoFundMe will pay for the expenses of laying Dwayne to rest, and will help cover the costs of medical bills for his wife and daughter. It will also help his family pay for living expenses as they try to adjust to life without the head of their household. Our first priority will be laying Dwayne to rest, but all donations that do not go toward Dwayne's final expenses will help with medical bills and living expenses for his family.
