Custom Knee Brace For PCL Rehab

Here's the update. The knee brace has been ordered. Thank you all.
I still have to get other stuff a cold therapy pump is on the shopping list. Then there's the physiotherapy that I have to get a taxi to and from because I will not be able to drive for a few months. It's the same deal if I want to go to the swimming pool and do therapy there I'll have to go by taxi.
What I'm saying is that if you donate now that the brace is ordered there are many other ways that the donations will be put towrds my recovery.
I'm going to get some really short crank  155mm to put in my bike so that my knee moves in smaller circles. This should help put less stress on the knee.
What I will not be doing is spending any of the donations on frivlous things.

This is the original campaign story which  I felt should be updated (see above). I have left it for reference.


After the failed last attempt at replacing my PCL I have to do things differently this time.
My surgeon believes that a brace designed specifically to aid with recovery from this surgery would be beneficial. My healthcare will not cover the knee brace the surgeon recommends to aid the rehabilitation of replaced ligaments.
So I have to either do exactly what I did last time or I have to be proactive and get a Dynamic PCL specific knee brace that could make the difference.
As I have been unable to work properly for the last six months finances are tight. But I know I don't want to be at the position am in now in six months time.
So I'm here on gofundme.
Hopefully getting this brace will get me back on my bike, it's been over six months now and it's going to be at least another six if everything goes well.
