<div>This October, we’re kicking off a Strava Competition to raise money for our nominated Charity Partner, the Seashell Trust. Whether you’re walking, swimming, hiking, cycling or running an ultra-marathon in your spare time, every mile counts!

<div>•	Dates: The challenge runs for the entire month of October

<div>•	Activities: All forms of movement are welcome: walking, running, hiking, swimming, cycling, padel boarding…

<div>•	Donation: £5 per person, via this Go Fund Me page!

<div>Tracking Your Miles
</div>
<div>•	Use any app that tracks distance: Strava, Garmin, Apple Health etc
</div>
<div>•	A screenshot from your chosen app, including your total miles, dates and type of activities, will need to be sent to @Joseph Brinton/GBR and @Emily Oldfield/GBR

<div>How to Win
</div>
<div>•	Office Challenge: The office with the highest total mileage per head count 
</div>
<div>•	Individual Challenge: The person with the most miles logged
</div>
<div>•	Best photo taken during an activity logged: Please email these across when you send your total milage!
