My name is Justin and my wife is Sarah. Kira our daughter just started the third grade. 
My family is in danger of losing our medical insurance. We are insured though my wife's employer. She is unable to work due to debilitating back pain and is on an extended medical leave without pay, thus being unable to pay for the premiums. She has returned to school to pursue a less physically demanding job. I have been a quadriplegic since 2005 after being the victim of a drunk driver and am unable to work. With out insurance my wife can not receive treatment she needs to go back to work and finishing school will be difficult. I can not get the power wheelchair and medical equipment i need. My wife is my care giver and still tries to meet my and our daughters needs despite her aliments. She just received a diagnosis after being off of work for most of the year. First for gall badder disease and now back problems. Our bills are piling up and it looks like things are going to get much more expensive. Our family's have been helping us as much as they can, as much as we appreciate their help we are in need of so much more. With your help we can keep our insurance, my wife can start to heal her back, I can get my medical equipment, and we can begin to pay off our ever growing medical bills.
