Salve a tutti mi chiamo Tiziana e sono qui per sostenere di nuovo mio figlio Mirko, affetto da encefalopatia di wernicke, psicosi di innesto, bipolarismo, indestino corto, e abbiamo saputo da poco che soffre pure di autismo oltre il malassorbimento dovuto a intestino corto a seguito di tre interventi chirurgici.
25 Settembre 2017 un banale mal di pancia
Settembre 2017 Mirko un ragazzo sano e con un carattere solare 15 anni stava per andare a scuola quando all'improvviso si presenta un mal di pancia e vomito di colore verde, dopo aver contattato il medico curante decidiamo di portarlo al pronto soccorso visto che il dolore non cessava, è stata fatta ecografia e RX all'addome non riscontrando nulla di grave per qui i medici danno per certo che si tratta di un semplice virus intestinale e viene dimesso.
Mirko viene inserito il sondino naso gastrico e dalla RX all'addome si evince un'occlusione intestinale e Mirko viene ricoverato dopo 7 giorni mio figlio viene sottoposto a un intervento chirurgico 5 ore e mezzo di sala operatoria, si spera alla risoluzione del problema ma niente dopo qualche giorno non appena canalizzato si ripresenta dinuovo il problema, i medici si preparano per un altro intervento chirurgico mentre io e mio marito pensiamo di trasferire Mirko ad un'altra struttura ospedaliera dove sono presenti dei specialisti.
Mirko a ottobre 2017 viene trasferito al policlinico di Catania e sottoposto al secondo intervento chirurgico nell'intestino durato 9 ore e mezzo la situazione non è per niente bella in quanto sono stati tolti molti pezzi di intestino, sono state fatte delle trasfusioni, e trasferito in sala rianimazione li dove non dicono parole incoraggianti. Mirko torna nel reparto dopo 3 giorni in rianimazione, si attente impaziente la canalizzazione ma subentra l'ennesima delusione, Mirko vomita nuovamente ei medici ci si prepara psicologicamente per il terzo intervento chirurgico, quasi a fine ottobre a mio figlio viene eseguito il terzo intervento chirurgico altre 10 ore di sala operatoria '' di nuovo trasfusioni, altri pezzi di intestino rimossi e trasferito di nuovo in sala rianimazione,
Settembre 2020 Mirko tutt'ora ha sindromi dell'encefalopatia di wernicke, è subentrata anche la psicosi di innesto, bipolarismo, e abbiamo saputo da poco che soffre pure di autismo, viene somministrata la vitamina b1 oltre a farmaci neurologici e integratori alimentari, tutti i farmaci sono a pagamento e Mirko necessita pure di riabilitazione neurologica, e visiva.
LA MOTIVAZIONE CHE MI SPINGE A CHIEDERE IL VOSTRO AIUTO E:
Mirko non migliora, pensavamo di farcela con le nostre forze ma purtroppo ci stiamo ritrovando con grandi difficoltà economiche e le istituzioni non ci stanno aiutando ed è questo il motivo che mi ha spinta a creare questa raccolta fondi, perché il contributo di ognuno di voi è di aiuto per i spostamenti e continuare le terapie a Mirko.
Tutt'oggi Mirko necessita di approfondimenti specialistiche che necessitano di spostamenti all'ospedale Meyer di Firenze, e alla clinica Psichiatrica Santa Chiara di Pisa, non che negli ospedali Siciliani come il Policlinico di Messina, policlinico di Catania, e Policlinico di Palermo per controlli di routine.
3 anni di vero incubo che ancora oggi non riusciamo a trovare una cura adatta per le sue patologie ovvero di qualcuno competente che sa trattare le sue patologie, facciamo ricerche e chiediamo in continuazione dove poter trattare la situazione clinica di Mirko, Abbiamo preso alcune informazioni e stiamo cercando di sapere qual'è la clinica dove poter curare mio figlio , siccome questa patologia e poco conosciuta in Italia in quanto ci sono pochissimi casi e informandoci e facendo le ricerche, abbiamo saputo che qui in Italia non ci sono esperti specifici per questa patologia quindi punteremo per l'estero
Siamo due genitori disperati, perché sono patologie degenerative, non troviamo pace e non ci fermiamo di fronte a questa situazione.
