<div>Mein Name ist Heike Marie, ich bin 50 Jahre alt, Mutter von zwei Kindern, und kämpfe aktuell mit einer schweren, gesundheitlichen Belastung.

<div>Im Dezember 2024 wurde bei mir ein<strong> HER 2 - positiver 3 plus Brustkrebs</strong> mit befallenen Lymphknoten festgestellt, der Primärtumor wurde bis jetzt noch nicht gefunden, daher spricht man auch von einem <strong>Cup-Syndrom-</strong>dazu kommt jetzt auch noch die Diagnose <strong>Sarkoidose</strong> (Nichtraucherin) .

<div>Ausserdem lebe ich seit vielen Jahren mit einer <strong>komplexen posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung ( PTBS )</strong> infolge jahrelanger traumatischer Kindheitserfahrungen, aufgrund dessen ich auch in Frührente bin. Ich habe mich immer alleine durch alles gekämpft.

<div>Jetzt befinde ich mich derzeit in aktiver Behandlung:

<li><strong>Chemotherapie </strong>( 5 Monate)

<li>zwei <strong>Operationen</strong>

<li><strong>Bioskopie</strong>
</li>
<li>aktuell <strong>Immuntherapie</strong> ( 1 Jahr bis 05/26)

<li>bald beginnen 28 <strong>Bestrahlungen</strong> ( 5 Wochen)

<div>Eine Nacht nach der zweiten OP, war ich auf Intensiv, da mein Kaliumwert zu niedrig war (2,2) und das kann wiederum Herzrhythmusstörungen auslösen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Die körperliche Belastung ist also gross - seelisch, aber auch finanziell, da ich eben aufgrund meiner diversen Erkrankungen nicht mehr arbeiten kann.
</div>
<div>Dinge wie Fahrten zu Terminen, Medikamente, Ernährung, Kleidung werden zur Herausforderung, dazu kommt eine erneute Mieterhöhung.
</div>

<div>My name is Heike Marie, I’m 50 years old, a proud mother of two, and right now I’m facing one of the toughest battles of my life — both physically and emotionally.

<div>In December 2024, I was diagnosed with <strong>HER2-positive (3+) breast cancer </strong>with affected lymph nodes. The doctors have not yet been able to locate the primary tumor, so my case is classified as <strong>CUP syndrome (cancer of unknown primary)</strong>.

<div>On top of that, I was also recently diagnosed with <strong>sarcoidosis</strong> — despite being a lifelong non-smoker.

<div>For many years, I’ve also been living with<strong> complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) </strong>caused by severe childhood trauma. Because of this, I’ve been on early retirement for quite some time. I’ve always fought my way through everything on my own.

<div><strong>My Current Treatment</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>I’m currently in active treatment that includes:

<li>5 months of chemotherapy
</li>
<li><br />
</li>
<li>Two surgeries
</li>
<li><br />
</li>
<li>PET-CT scans
</li>
<li><br />
</li>
<li>Biopsies
</li>
<li><br />
</li>
<li>1 year of ongoing immunotherapy (05-26)
</li>
<li><br />
</li>
<li>And soon, 28 sessions of radiation therapy (5 weeks)
</li>
</ul>

<div>After my second surgery, I even had to spend a night in intensive care because my potassium level dropped to 2.2 — a level that can cause dangerous heart rhythm problems.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The physical strain is enormous — and so is the emotional and financial burden.
</div>
<div>Because I can no longer work, everyday expenses like transportation to appointments, medication, healthy food, clothing,have become real challenges. I’ve also recently faced another rent increase.
</div>
