Bathhouse Employee Relief Fund
Due to the novel Coronavirus ("COVID-19"), the bathhouses, mens' clubs and resorts that host our parties have seen their income literally stop overnight. "Social Distancing", although necessary to slow the spread of the Coronavirus, has caused an across the board closure of all bathhouses in the seven countries where we host events. This has put the staff members of these venues, many of which live paycheck to paycheck, out of work and in a very difficult situation.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, many of the venues that host our parties are not eligible to receive government funding established by the CARES Act, like the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan, which is meant to assist employers who keep their employees on payroll.
Help support the staff members of the 52 venues that host our parties by donating to our relief fund. Any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated and would be a big help.
How will beneficiaries be picked?
We have messaged all of the venues that host our parties asking if they have any employees who need financial assistance.
Where will your donation go?
All the employees that we were made of were sent an initial check of a set amount. Depending on how many employees and how much money is raised in total, we may be able to send an additional amount to all the employees needing assistance.
What else are the donations used for?
A portion of the donations are also helping offset the costs of the online CumUnion parties we have been hosting and our team who has helped to host those.
