Cudlins Meat Market

Hello all we are reaching out to the community to help us purchase Cudlins Meat Market in Newfield NY. The current owners are ready to retire and believe we are able to fill the gap. We began this project about a year ago and believed we had enough capital to move forward. Recently we discovered we did not have enough funding to make the purchase. Our goal to own and operate our own business that serves our community is within reach. With your help we can achieve these goals and begin to help our community. We are looking to finalize the purchase within the next 2 to 3 months. Our goal here is $18,000 to help with the purchase. Below is a description of the business and future owners:

Cudlins Meat Market has been a local business for over 40 years (longer under another name) that has provided farmers and small livestock producers with custom cutting services under federally inspected USDA regulations. The community has been served by Cudlins with locally produced red meat products with their retail business as well including ground, traditional cuts, and custom cutting services.

Our goal is to capitalize on the renewed interest in local meat products and small business support from the surrounding community. We will continue operations of the existing business at Cudlins Meat Market while bringing new ideas and products to an already successful business. We believe our vision for purchasing the existing facility of nearly 2,000 square feet is a very low risk plan that has lots of potential for expansion in the future.

While working in restaurants and leading retail teams he has made excellent connections to local farmers, eateries, and suppliers on many levels. His expertise is only matched by his passion for quality in the food industry and has led him to believe that a partnership with Mr. Cochran can only result in exquisite meats and meat products.
