</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>

 It is with unimaginable heartbreak that our family is asking for the support of our community for Adriana Jimenez Duarte, a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend whose life has been tragically changed by an act of violence.

<div>
 On Sunday, August 23, Adriana was the victim of a shooting and suffered a devastating gunshot wound to the head. Her sister was also injured in the shooting and remains hospitalized.

</div>
<div>
 Adriana is currently in intensive care. Due to the severity of her injuries, doctors have given us the heartbreaking news that there is nothing more they can do to save her. Adding to this unimaginable loss, Adriana was 14 weeks pregnant, and tragically, her unborn baby will not survive either.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Adriana is also the loving mother of a beautiful 6-year-old daughter who will now have to grow up without her mom. No child should have to experience a loss like this, and our hearts are shattered knowing the difficult road that lies ahead for her.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Our family never imagined we would find ourselves facing a tragedy of this magnitude. Along with the overwhelming grief, we are now faced with unexpected medical and funeral expenses, the possible repatriation of Adriana’s remains, and the responsibility of making sure her young daughter is supported and cared for during this incredibly difficult time.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 We are asking our family, friends, community, and anyone touched by Adriana’s story to please consider helping us. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden on our family and allow us to focus on honoring Adriana, saying goodbye to her with dignity, and supporting the daughter she loves so deeply.
</div>
<div>

</div>
<div>
 If you are unable to donate, we completely understand. Sharing this fundraiser with others would mean just as much and could help us reach people who may be able to support our family.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your prayers, generosity, compassion, and support. Please continue to keep Adriana, her daughter, her sister, and our entire family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this unimaginable loss.
</div>
<div>

</div>
<div>
 We are forever grateful to everyone standing beside us during this heartbreaking time.
