Let's Help Jen

My amazing sister Jen Desrochers was is a car accident on Friday morning August 4 2020, She had just   completed  a  week of night shifts . Jen's car was totaled and so was the pickup truck that hit her twice. But by some miracle Jen was able to get out of the car on her own before taken to the hospital. The police officer at the scene could not believe she survived  it.

Thoses of us that know , however are not surprised She is a  strong ,determined ,kind hearted, hard working woman.

Jen is badly banged up and in tremendous pain. She has broken her ankle & her finger.  Jen has a history of knee surgeries in the past and has come through them with grace and determination, so to have sustained further injury to her "good "  knee is heart breaking to learn. 

Jen will not be able to go back to work for quite some time. The loss of that income will impact the family tremendously. She is always been there for her friends and family. She never complains that life has not been an easy ride. She just continues trudging on and giving her all in everything she does.

Jen is going to have bills that will need to be paid, insurance deductible,living and medical costs. We know that even though she will get some benefits, those benefits do not go very far in this day and age. Life could get very difficult and she doesn't need anymore difficulties.

 At minimum they will need a new car, as it is they share a car,working opposite shifts to facilitate having only one car. If They do not have a car Jen can not get to work.

Lets see if we can make life a little easier them. Any amount helps a great deal, please share far & wide, nothing would make me happier than getting enough for a car for them.
