Help a disabled man get mobile

Hi, I'm Nic, I was born with cerebral palsy, which complicates my mobility and transportation. As of right now I use a walker to get around on foot, but can only walk roughly a block before getting tired and needing to sit down, because of my disability I don't feel comfortable or like it's safe for me to drive a car. So for longer distances I ride a tricycle, which gives me independents and a sense of freedom, but my ankles are getting worse and even with that tricycle I have distance and weather limitations. When biking I'm not covered from the elements such as rain and sun, also hills slow me down, so I began researching alternatives to cars, I found a lot of altered motor vehicles for handicapped people, but all still require a license. I finally came across the

ELF Solar Velomobile

(seen below),



which is the same tricycle style as mine, but in addition it has an electric motor as well as normal pedaling. Also it has a cabin that goes around you like a car and has a trunk that can hold 350 lbs, which would allow me to go gorcery shopping on my own and bring my walker with me, which I can't do with my current self propelled one. It is solar powered so it wouldn't require me to spend money on gas or other power sources. My disability also limits me from finding employment, so I'm turning to the community and internet for help in funding. Anything helps, just know anything you donate will go to a great cause, helping a disabled man have more independence and greater sense of life.
