Cancer Bills

In July of this year I went to the ER with abdominal pain consistent with appendicitis. After a CT scan to confirm the diagnosis, however, I ended up being diagnosed with endometrial cancer. As a relatively healthy 29 year old woman, this obviously came as a bit of a shock, and the next two weeks were spent in the hospital taking care of the symptoms that brought me in in the first place, and starting treatment for the cancer.

However, this has also, obviously, left me with some serious medical bills. I'm currently on an insurance plan that doesn't cover very much, because it's the only one I can afford right now, but as a result of this I have a very high deductible that it looks like I'm going to hit soon... and I don't really have the money to cover it on my own. So what I'm asking for is enough money to cover my $6000 deductible, along with some extra money to cover the costs of my prescriptions for the next few months - my insurance has very poor prescription coverage - so that I don't have to worry about that on top of everything else.

In any case, every little bit helps, and I appreciate anything that people are willing to contribute to me. Thank you so much.

Edited to Add: While I absolutely appreciate people spreading the word about this, my one request is that you please not post about it on Tumblr. I haven't told some of my family about my illness yet - it's just been hard for me to do - and because some of them use Tumblr, while I realize the chances of them coming across the post are low, I don't want that to be how they find out I'm sick.
