CT School Mask Lawsuit

CT Freedom Alliance LLC is filing a lawsuit on behalf of parents in the state of Connecticut who oppose the ridiculous draconian back to school "mandates".

We are suing the State Department of Education to stop their mask mandate for school children. They do not have any statutory or regulatory authority to issue the mandates in which they have, which is the main basis of our lawsuit.  Parents should be allowed to send their kids to school without a mask.  Masks are both physically and psychologically harmful to children. The CT Constitution makes education a fundamental right, and this mandate infringes upon that.
