CT Scan + Treatment for Meez

Donation protected
My cat, Meez, began to sneeze blood in mid January of 2019. Because it was an isolated incident and not a lot of blood was involved, my vet and I didn't pursue further testing at that time, thinking that his nasal passages may have just been dry due to the weather. He recently sneezed a significant amount of blood. Due to his age and other symptoms (e.g., weight loss, loud snoring) my vet now strongly suspects that he may have a nasal tumor. To diagnose this, he must undergo a CT scan with anesthesia. This also involves a neurological consult, blood work, and other costs. He is scheduled to have a CT scan at the end of February 2019. I plan to use as much as my own money as I possibly can, but I would greatly appreciate any financial help to get my best friend diagnosed and to help with any further treatment he may need. Anyone who has ever met this cat knows that he is the biggest sweetheart. He loves everyone and is one of the gentlest creatures I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He deserves a long, healthy life. Certain types of nasal tumors are highly treatable and cats have been known to live several years after their diagnosis. I can't even begin to describe how grateful I would be if I received donations for this sweet little guy's care.

Thank you,
Brandi

*His regular vet who made the recommendation is Dr. Gula at Manor Animal Hospital in Lancaster. The vet who will be performing diagnostics is Dr. Kirmayer at Animal Hospital of Rye in Marysville.

Warning: some of the photos contain blood to demonstrate his symptoms.
