Loaves & Fishes Holiday Dinner

We're students at SUNY Cortland and it has come to our attention that our community is in great need. Cortland is one of the most poverty stricken counties in the New York State. As students of SUNY Cortland we feel an obligation to give back to the community of which we love so much. We had the amazing opportunity to volunteer at our local Loaves and Fishes, a food bank that relies solely on donations from the community. We got to hear their stories and it changed our perspectives on how we view the community and the urgency to give back. This is an independent, student run community outreach project, that we feel very passionately about. Our goal is to raise money and awareness for the needs of Cortland's Loaves and Fishes as well as get the campus aware of the issues that are literally in their backyard. We're asking for your donations to make it a little easier for Loaves and Fishes to feed the citizens who are unable to feed themselves during this upcoming Holiday season.
