Help Request Antakya,Hatay

Hi, I am Kenan Mehmet Fansa and I am raising money to help my family and friends who have been affected by multiple earthquakes in Hatay/Antakya on 06/02/2023

Hatay, Turkey currently has the highest death toll and most damage.

My family and friends are currently sleeping at any possible place and there are still people underneath the rubble.

There are still collapsed buildings where no help has been provided and we are still waiting in good hope.

There is no power, electricity, internet, basic services, etc.

If I could I would go by myself, as this is not possible, I have decided to start raising money to help them, that's all I can do.

It is even more dangerous as it is winter and temperatures are reaching below freezing at night and the climate is rainy in the winter as well. As most people lost their homes and ability to work and make money in the earthquake they are in need of immediate supplies.

All the money raised will go directly to this in the short term : blankets, gas, food, water, wood to burn fires to keep warm, etc.

Longer term, any left over money will go to helping rebuilding their lives.

All the funds will be directly transferred by me to my aunt, Ayse Onlen who is currently trying to reach Antakya/Hatay for their immediate housing and other needs. Your donation will be used to provide what they need most such as tents, sleeping bags, blankets, warm clothing... Simply, all that is still needed...
