All I want for Christmas

The gift I want is not for me directly but for my dad. The dream of my dad is to finish building our house. He started to do this w his own hands, as we can't afford proper professionals. As we cant pay the rent of our current house we will have to move to an unfinished house in February. So, the gift I want for my dad is any value in money so we can buy more material!
