Single Mom Emergency Repairs

Single Mom in need of help to repair vehicle used for work.  I bought this car 5 months ago. In that 5 months my car has been stolen, missing for a month and then recovered. I had an accident in Missouri July 31st.  I have recovered the car from the tow yard. I need the car for work and I was just released from the hospital. Anything would be appreciated!!
