<div>My beautiful 7 year old bunny Crumpet came to me as a little stray off the streets of Bayswater in Perth Western Australia.

<div>He was only meant to stay a short time but has now been here in his forever home for going on 7 years.

<div>I discovered a large abscess on his lower jaw this morning, despite him still eating and being in generally good spirits rabbits will decline quickly.
</div>
<div>Normally this would not be an issue but I lost my job of 16 years due circumstances beyond my control and have been unable to find new employment since.
</div>
<div>My resources are now at zero and I am desperate for assistance.
</div>
<div>The average vet cost for this sort of work is around $3000 and upwards.
</div>
<div>My only other option would be to surrender him to a shelter and that would break my heart and that of his little friend Baci a dwarf rabbit.
</div>
<div>I am loathe to ask for assistance of this nature but can see other way to raise the funds at this time.
