01/02/19 This campaign is no longer receiving donations and the process of transferring the money to the family is under way. 21/01/19 Sadly, this campaign is now raising money for two funerals. Luciano, the baby that was injured in the crash, has passed away and is now back in the arms of his mother. It is incredibly sad and I can't imagine what the family are going through. If you've not donated yet, please do so and please continue to share and thank you for all the support.

I know that her family and friends are so appreciative of everything you have done so far to help raise awareness and for all the money you've raised to help towards funeral costs. "Nicole's mum is speechless at the amount of support received and is blown away at how many people are helping towards funeral costs. Thank you for doing this".
The average cost of a funeral in the UK is £4000.

15/01/19 Thank you to everyone who has donated to the fund so far. The initial target of £500 was hit in a day so I've set a new target of £1000 to reach. The average cost of a funeral is over 4K and I think the community helping towards this cost will be of some support to the families affected. Please continue to share and donate.

14/01/19 A mother has died. Her baby is in a life-threatening condition. Tragic doesn't come close to describing what happened last night in Penge. I don't know the family directly, but as a member of this community, I wanted to do something to help. Please donate money to help support the family. If you leave a message here, I'll be sure to pass it onto the family via our Councillors. Funds will be transferred once contact has been made between local Councillors, the police liaison officer assigned and the relevant family member, and at a time agreed by all parties. Money raised will help with funeral costs. Thank you for your support. Glenn
