My name is Stephen Proud, and I am the Assistant Coach of Crowland Juniors Football Club Youth U15, a dedicated team based in Crowland. Our club are currently recruiting and getting equipment ready for the 2025/26 Season where we will be U16. The Club is committed to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and community engagement through football, providing opportunities for young people to develop their skills and passion for the game.

I volunteer my time to arrange training sessions and online courses, ensuring our players receive the support they need to grow. Many of our players were eager to get involved in football but lacked the experience to join other local teams. This team has given them a chance to develop their abilities in a supportive and encouraging environment.

As a newly formed team, some of our players are completely new to the game. We currently train twice a week, but due to worsening weather conditions, we are facing challenges in maintaining consistent training sessions. To overcome this, we are seeking sponsorship or donations to help us secure better training facilities and essential equipment.
