Help with Moving Expenses

Hello My names Justin Burton 

Over the last year I have had a Tracheostomy installed after a bad case of pneumonia on top of my copd and sleep apnea This happened to me in Januaray  And added lymphodema to the mix back in September..  

We are being evicted from our home more importantly I am thanks to a oversight by the landlord and getting things zoned correctly  we got to move however He has been floating me since the begining of the year and can not do it anymore and I have been gettin by with the goodness of my Daughters mother Kim ( my ex) 

They have a place waiting on them I could try and fight the eviction but that would only hurt them I can not and Will not do that. Those who know me know that before all this happened with the trach I was a hard worker bit of a smartass but I worked hard... BUT i did not take care of my self like I should have and that is what led to the current health condition I am in .. I  This is my fault alone all those times I should had simply said no and rested my body  when it needed it ..

 But like most I was addicted to one thing earning money so ignoring everyones advice I kept working until it cost me .  I am not asking for much just enough to help me cover costs of things   Specially if i need a deposit for a place it will be nice to have things covered. I have hopes my disability will get pushed thru with the courtdate on the 29th ( NOT THE 17th) i miss read the date thinking it was the 17th  ( cause I am a idiot and was in panic mode) My hopes of being placed in to a care center are not that great but it would be nice to have  a backup plan in place please help with what ever you can Thank You
