Please read this - I know it’s long, but we’re asking for some help. We are proud to be one of the few rescues who take in some of the most difficult and/or critical neonatal kittens. Neonatal kittens are all we intake; however, we are soon launching an exiting new Critical Care Program and expanding our intake protocol.
Homeless kittens with broken limbs, irreversibly damaged eyes, and with other serious but treatable injuries are often the first to be euthanized. Many times, the kitten will require surgery for either a preexisting medical condition or physical trauma previously sustained, i.e. by having been hit by a car. Your donation to our new program will help ensure that funds are available when a kitten needs us. Your donation can give them the life they deserve.
It will always be necessary to have funds available in advance - if funds are not recouped continuously, we will have to pause the program until we can do so. When a critical care kitten is identified for the program we will make an urgent plea for donations through our Facebook page. We will have one critical care kitten in the program at a time - we want to be realistic with funding and time constraints already present due to bottle feeding round-the-clock.
With increased donations, we can save more and more animals—which is why they need you. Your gift will give a kitten a second chance. Please consider donating, they are counting on us.
