Ever meet two people so deeply in love that you can't help being caught up in the joy they share? That's how I felt the first time I saw Cristin and Bruce Bishop together. They are infectious, so deeply in love. It would make your heart melt. Cristin Bishop and I work together. She is an amazing co-worker and more importantly friend. She cares deeply about others and views her work as service to others. Everyone who meets her, loves her and considers her a dear friend - that's just Cristin! Then I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce, her husband. What a guy! I was immediately caught up in his glow and smile and felt like I knew him my whole life. He was an immediate friend, a brother, I fell in love. To see Cristin and Bruce together is an experience. They are so cute, affectionate, funny, sweet and kind. It is a love that makes you long for that type of love. One to celebrate, one to last a life time. Less than one month ago the unthinkable stuck this couple - Bruce was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, it is terminal, has spread and has taken the wind out of the beautiful man. Over the past month, things have just gotten worse, no good news. First we thought Bruce had time and now it is thought that he has less than one month. I want this couple to be able to spend every last minute together. Cristin has taken all her paid time off this year and can take unpaid time to be with Bruce. Let's raise as much money as possible to lessen the financial burden that comes with taking unpaid time off. Thank you so much for listening. God Bless You.
