Help Richard Manning & Mike Sicard
On February 2 2017 Richard Manning had a serious foot infection resulting from diabetes complications that resulted in his left leg being amputated below the knee.
He has been in hospitals for 70 days and at home for 2 months without being able to leave the apartment.
His partner Michael Sicard is on Social Security disability for COPD, PTSD, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Michael had been working a few hours a week for Lyft to subsidize a car payment and day to day expenses, but between the stress of having his partner in the hospital, driving and walking to visit Richard in the hospital, and taking care of himself and the house in Richards abscence, Michael came down with Pnuemonia and spent a week in the hospital himself. Now they are behind on day to day expenses and have to save for substantial out of pocket expenses for Richards Prosthetic legs which require 3 different ones for the 3 phases of healing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
