Cricket kitty (quality of ) life help

My kitty Cricket is 12 years old. I adopted her at 10 weeks old from the local animal shelter. She has had a happy life and has been well cared for. She only went to the vet once a year for exams and needed vaccines and basically never had any health issues. She is now a young senior and recently developed kidney disease. Ive maintained appointments for bloodwork, special diet and made sure she has toys and things at home she enjoys.

Her most recent labwork raised several concerns showing her kidneys weren't functioning great, she has some liver markers that are off and an infection somewhere.

In the meantime she continues to be feisty and alert. I feel its my duty at this point in time to continue trying to help her but vet care is not cheap and im overwhelmed. As i type this on my birthday my hope in this fundraiser is to relieve some burden on me, to relieve some on her. I thank you for reading this far.
