It all started 10 years ago on an 8' table at the flea market...can you believe it! Crescent Moon Gifts is now much more than a gift shop, it is a place not only of magic and wonder, but personal spiritual growth; a place that you enter and instantly feel the stress of the outside world fall away; a place where you can take a life enhancing class or workshop, discover yourself with an intuitive reading, relax with a soothing cup of tea, find that perfect item for your special someone, or get advice on those "you're going to think this is a crazy question" situations. I have been told numerous times that my store is an essential part of the community, and you have shown us that over the years with your patronage and support.
We have an exciting opportunity that has been 10 years in the making, a chance to move into our very own 5,000+ sq. ft. building! Not only would this double our current space, it would add individual rooms for classes, tea lounge and readings!
We will have a "kitchen" area to expand our tea offering to a full service sit down event with some food options!
We will have MORE space to increase our product offerings in all areas (YAY NEW THINGS!), as well as floor space to accept local artist & crafter consignments again; we will have a larger kids area, a book nook reading area, and an actual sizeable storage space (which we desperately need!), A/C so it will always be a comfortable environment and even an area to expand our business into online shopping! There will be office space upstairs for adding services that will enhance your life (ie: massage, reiki, hypnotherapy, etc). Maybe best of all... a private lot onsite with 27 PARKING spaces! You'll never have to worry about finding space again, much less try to parallel park!
There is a lot of work that will need to be done to make it a full mind, body, spirit center AND we need funds to facilitate this move and realize our dream!
We'll need to re-construct part of the interior of the space to make it meet our needs, and add flooring; purchase fixturing, furniture, inventory, and supplies- paint, wallpaper, signage and more. This is not an all or nothing fundraising campaign, we will receive 90% of your donation no matter what the amount, and EVERY dollar raised will go into creating the new space!
At this time I am asking that if you can help make an investment in my dream, and your community to please donate whatever you can and please help us get the word out by sharing this page!
