Creating Memories for Marty

This story is about our dear friends Marty and Salome.
Marty moved to Mount Beauty, Victoria in 2004 to work at Bogong Village as a Maintenance/Groundskeeper, he still works there today.
Marty met Salome the love of his life in 2010 and her beautiful daughter, Jacara. Salome and Marty have made a wonderful life for themselves in the Valley.
Marty has an extended family; The Mount Beauty Cricket Club. This club has been a huge part of Marty's life since 2005. Marty wearing any shirt other than his cricket shirt........um no!!!!!
In 2014 Nate came along, a little Marty through and through. Their family now complete. Unfortunately this giving family have had several hurdles along the way.
In 2016 Salome and Nate were involved in a car accident leaving Salome with permanent injuries and unable to work for a period of time. During this time Nate was also diagnosed with Autism. In 2017 Marty was diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer, which had already spread to his bones and lymph nodes. Over the last 6 months Marty has been having chemotherapy.
Between medical costs and travel costs associated with what has happened over the last few years, there have been very little funds left for anything else. This family is so giving onto others and it would be so nice to do the same for them.
This year is their year!!!!!!!! December will see a beautiful wedding for these two beautiful people, Marty and Salome. Marty would love to go Shark diving at Port Lincoln, South Australia and they would love to go on a family holiday by the beach.
