After 12 years of marriage, my life changed almost overnight. I am facing an unexpected divorce and, with very little notice, I have had to start over from scratch. I have been fortunate to find a small apartment, but I am struggling to come up with the money I need to move in and begin rebuilding my life.

Between apartment deposits, moving costs, and basic necessities, the financial burden has become more than I can manage alone in such a short amount of time. This has been one of the most painful and uncertain seasons of my life. I am not only leaving behind a relationship that lasted more than a decade, but also the stability and security I believed I had.

Right now, I am simply trying to create a safe place to call home for myself and my two cats, who have been my comfort through so many difficult days. Donations will help me cover the costs of moving into my apartment, handling the immediate expenses that come with starting over, and taking the first steps toward stability.

Asking for help is not easy for me, but I have reached a point where I cannot do this alone. If you are able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean more than I can express. If you are not able to give, sharing my fundraiser would also be a tremendous help. Thank you for reading my story and for any kindness and support you can offer as I work toward a safe home and a fresh start.
