<div>Hola, soy Cecilio Eduardo Segura, y es mi sueño que antes de morir pueda fundar una universidad especializada en la formación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo, con <strong>acceso gratuito</strong>, donde los alumnos aprendan cómo evitar accidentes con las máquinas, equipos e instalaciones eléctricas, y con esto contribuyan a reducir las estadísticas que muestran que cada día se accidentan 1,174 trabajadores en México, dando como resultado lesiones que en muchos casos son incapacitantes permanentes y en algunos en la muerte de los trabajadores.

<div>Estoy convencido de que es posible cambiar la cultura de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y el mejor punto de partida es formar a las nuevas generaciones para evitar accidentes y enfermedades de trabajo.

<div>En esta escuela manejaríamos la modalidad presencial y<strong> a distancia</strong> para que desde todo el país puedan cursar estos programas, y los materiales de estudio se les envíen a los alumnos hasta su casa sin costo, la intención es que esta educación sea formal, <strong>con reconocimiento oficial, y absolutamente gratuita, </strong>para que los recursos económicos no sean una limitante en sus estudios.
