Dan Needs Surgery while Overseas

Most of us know that Dan fell hard for Singapore.  So he had to come back and do it all over again only this time, literally.   On a wet, slick rainy day, on tiles not meant for outdoor use, another unwitting traveller slips.  This time, it was our good friend Dan and though he made us laugh and the (sizeable) team in ER laugh, it is scary and sobering in the end.  The bill is going to be as excessive as this "most expensive city in the world" certainly doesn't curb costs in medicine, surgery, doctor fees, anesthesia, ambulance, hospital stay and rehab.
Please help so Dan can get the care he needs and come home.
