Craig & Kim Wadsworth Medical Fund

Those of you who know the Wadsworth family know that Craig is a true cowboy. He is the father of Cody, Kael and Colby. His is the husband of Kim. He is a brother and a friend to many!

Craig is a very hard working man! A few years ago he had his own successful business, was making great money and providing for his family. When the economy slowed down he lost most of his jobs and his business. He was forced to work driving truck in North Dakota to keep income coming in for his family back in Idaho. Craig was recently able to get back into construction. He gets up at 5:00 every morning. Drives fourty five minutes to work and puts in a 9 hour work day before coming home. Craig and Kim have struggled getting back on their feet but they have worked hard and done all of it on their own.

Last month the Wadsworth family got the devastating news that Craig has colon rectal cancer. The doctors said that he has had it for at least 4 years. The cancer is advanced to a point where he is in excruciating pain at times. His only real option now is to undergo chemo and radiation therapy. His doctors are trying to shrink the cancer enough to surgically remove it without inflicting life altering damage to his digestive system.

Craig is receiving his chemo port tomorrow and will be receiving chemo and radiation therapy everyday for the next six weeks.  He will then undergo surgery to remove the cancer and have another 6 weeks of chemo and radiation treatment.  The Doctors are doing all they can to help him feel well during this process. They are hoping he can keep working but with his pain and low energy levels he will not be bringing in the money he has been able to up until now.

We are setting up this campaign in the hope that we can help ease the financial burden being placed on this family. With medical bills adding up and lost income from missing work they are in real need. Any donation that you could give will help this family in a time of crisis!
