Matt's Road to Recovery

On Wednesday, August 6th, 2014 Matt was involved in a motorcycle accident after leaving church service for the night. He was rushed to Henry Ford Macomb hospital where he spent several hours in the Emergency Room. Doctor's soon reported that Matt's major injuries consisted of several broken ribs, a skull fracture, and a lacerated spleen that was causing internal bleeding. He is now going on his fourth day in ICU where they are continuing to monitor his progress. We still do not know when Matt will be able to come home or how many follow up visits will be needed. After speaking with the hospital and insurance company, it seems as though a large majority of Matt's medical expenses will not be covered.

Psalms 91:9-11 "If you say, 'The Lord is my refuge,' and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways."

God's faithfulness to Matt, and all of his family has been overwhelming through this experience. We trust that Jesus is His healer and we know that the Lord will provide for EVERY need. Big or small.

If you are able to, any donation to help off-set Matt's Medical expenses would be more than appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please continue to pray for Matt's quick and speedy recovery. We are so grateful for you, your prayers, and support. We love you guys!
