Chloe's road to recovery ❤️

Update: This little girl is a fighter! Long road ahead but she's here for it! What scar? I'm still fabulous ❤️. Thank you so much for all of your thoughts, prayers, and generosity. We are humbled and grateful beyond words. ❤️


This is so hard to write. We took  Chloe for a routine vet appointment for a wellness check because we were finally in a position financially to afford pet insurance. A lump was found on her neck during the exam. Visit with a surgical oncologist and a CT scan confirmed thyroid tumors. Luckily it hasn't spread so surgery is the next course of action to get these damn things out of her!! Thank God surgery is an option. She's only 5 years old! We still want to pursue pet insurance but obviously none of this will be covered. Anyone who knows us knows how much this girl means to us and that she is truly the light of our life. All the funds will be used towards the cost of the surgery. I cringe asking for help but I'll do anything to save her. Her surgery is tomorrow morning (Thursday, June 20).
