Josh Pearce's Business Vandalized by BLM

Donation protected
URGENT: My name is Kevin Bertsch and Josh Pearce is my best friend and like a brother to me. A Florida native, Josh currently lives and works in Port Charlotte, FL.  He is a hard-working, rough around the edges American Patriot who served the U.S. in the Middle East for many years and was wounded twice, once by gunfire and another time by an IED, which nearly took his life.  Like many servicemen and women, Josh had some difficulty adjusting to civilian life but for the past 3 years he's been working hard to build up a viable landscaping and tree service business that he could call his own. Recently, however, he has been targeted by self-proclaimed BLM activists.  Why, you might ask, well, it's because he is an unabashed patriot and Trump supporter who is not afraid to exercise his First Amendment right to Free Speech.  In the past month, he has been assaulted twice and the vehicles and equipment he needs to run his business have been systematically damaged or stolen, some it from my own backyard where he keeps some of his equipment.  Since I've known him, about 7 years now, he consistently goes out of his way to help other people at his own expense.  My kids even call him Uncle Josh and he is fiercely protective of them and those he loves. Yet, through it all his faith in Jesus and the companionship of his dog Kira have helped him maintain a positive outlook on life.  Unfortunately, these last few weeks are getting to him and I wanted to reach out and ask for your help to let him know that we are grateful for his service to our country and respect his courage and unwavering patriotism even in the face of the violence and hate.  Thank you in advance for your support. Timing is important, because he is struggling, we need to try and reach the goal as quickly as possible.  Please watch the video that I borrowed from FB.  He explains what's been going on much better than I can.  I get that you may have a different political perspective, and that's fine because we live in the United States where we believe that all men and women are created equal and have the right to peacefully express their opinion without fear of retaliation or intimidation.  This is about helping someone who has the courage of his convictions and refuses to be bullied into silence.  If you have any questions, just ask.  Thanks, and God bless!
