Help for Jillian

On this past Monday morning my daughter Jillian was in a single car accident which left her with multiple injuries. These include a broken ankle, cracked pelvis and three fractured vertebrae. The doctors are reluctant to fuse them together if there's any chance they could mend naturally so they fitted her with a special brace, order her immobile and after three days in the spine centre sent her home with me to my house.
Here I am giving her round the clock care. With her foot in an orthopedic boot, her torso in the brace and relying totally on a walker just going to the bathroom is quite a feat. It will be three months of the brace before the doctors can determine whether or not she definitely needs surgery, if all goes well. I thank God every day that I still have my girl to take care of, but the bills are already starting to trickle in.
Jillian is a neurodiagnostic specialist and takes care of people every day that are seriously ill, now it is my time to take care of her and I'm praying to God I can, as neither one of us have any savings, nor a car at this point. She has two beautiful little children (10 years old, and 16 months old) and is sole provider for her household. I haven't been able to work since this tragedy and if any of you feel moved to help our family's needs are real and will not be short term.
Any help will be appreciated greatly and can be through the GoFundMe page or through direct donations of goods such as vitamins, supplements, ibuprofen, naproxen sodium, heating pad, cold packs, BenGay, hand held shower head or anything else you can think of like rubbing alcohol etc...message me for my address if you can send through an online vendor.
