Nellie Jane and Curt Medical

If you have lived in Athens for long you probably crossed her path and she left a permanant impression.  Nellie Jane Green Leach has been a warm smile, welcoming hug a friend to everyone she has come in contact with.    December 2013 changed our lives forever.  Nellie Jane had an aneurysm followed by a stroke.  24 hours later her husband Curt also had a stroke as he worried over Nellie Janes progress.  Weeks in the hospital and more in rehab today Nellie Jane Green Leach and Curt are still in a rehabilitation facility just outside of Dallas.  While there progress is amazing they are faced with  years of rehabilitation not to mention the astronomical medical bills from the weeks they spent at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, Texas.  To this point their 19 year old daughter Sarah has doubled up jobs and spent the better part of this past year supporting her parents.  Such an incredible young Lady.  These two desparately want to return to their hometown of Athens.  Please consider any help you can to make this dream come true.
