Global Youth Mental Health Awareness (GYMHA) Not-For-Profit organisation was launched in Australia last year in response to the growing need to communicate and engage with professionals and the youth of the community, to the issues associated with Youth Mental Health and the stigma associated with those individuals who may seek help.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there’s been an increase in call rates, telephone and online counselling for the young people we support.
We are asking for donations to help us continue supporting the youth in our communities.
We hope to achieve our goal of $5,000 to assist us in maintaining this support and to keep this wonderful and needed organisation going. Our youth need assistance now more than ever.
One of the key outcomes of GYMHA is to ensure the youth of our community are included and not discriminated against. To achieve this GYMHA has integrated the Youth Mental Health First Aid program and is working closely with various organisations for youth mental health awareness in Australia, Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, etc.
Youths are struggling to come to terms with the impact of the pandemic on their lives and are relying on GYMHA for help. That’s why we’re asking you to please help our organisation today to make sure that we can be there for the young people who need us.
No one should face anxiety and depression alone.
So if you can, please donate today to keep GYMHA running and making a difference in the mental health of our youth.
There is no health without mental health.
